Information Requirements
Following is the list of information required depending upon the registration types:
Register as a Filipino citizen
To register a Globe Sim as a Filipino citizen, you will need the following information:
- Full name
- Date of Birth
- Gender / Sex
- Address
- Government ID presented + ID number
- Valid government ID with photo (max file size: 4MB)
Register as Foreign National
To register a Globe Sim as a Foreign national in the Philippines visiting as a Tourist, you will need the following information:
- A Passport (i.e., copy of the bio-page and pages where the current visa is stamped or shown)
- A Proof of address in the Philippines (booking in a hotel or other type of accommodation, or in the absence thereof, an affidavit/letter from the owner of the house or residence where such foreign national will stay)
- Return ticket to country of origin or to another country indicating date and time of departure from the Philippines
If you’re Foreign national in the Philippines with another type of visa, you will need the following information to register Globe Sim Card:
- A Passport (i.e., copy of the bio-page and pages where the current visa is stamped or shown) indicating passport number, full name and nationality
- A Proof of address in the Philippines (booking in a hotel or other type of accommodation, or in the absence thereof, an affidavit/letter from the owner of the house or residence where such foreign national will stay)
- Other pertinent document, whichever is applicable:
- Alien Certificate of Registration Identification Card (ACRI-Card) from the Bureau of Immigration or other types of official ID issued by any other visa-issuing agency
- Alien Employment Permit from the Department of Labor and Employment or School registration and ID for students
- For Persons of Concern or POCs, the type of travel or admission document validly issued by the Philippine Department of Justice
Register Under Company Name
To register a Globe Sim under the company name, you will need an authorized representative and following information:
- Details of the Authorized Representative:
- Name of the representative
- Date of Birth
- Gender / Sex
- Nationality
- Company Name
- Company Address
- Type of Government ID presented + ID number
- Valid government ID with photo (max file size: 4MB)
- Certificate of Registration / DTI Registration (max file size: 4MB)
- Board Resolution / Proof of Authority designating the authorized representative OR a Special Power of Attorney (max file size: 4MB)

Acceptable Valid IDs for Globe SIM Registration
Before registering your Globe SIM, ensure that you have your official ID in hand. The following IDs are accepted for registration:

It is important to note that the photos must be in PNG, JPG, JPEG, HEIC, or PDF. Make sure your chosen ID is not blurred or cropped. Maximum file size of the documents must be 5MB.
Steps by Step Globe Sim Registration Guide
Follow the steps given below to register your Globe sim card online:
- Visit the Globe Sim Registration link – https://new.globe.com.ph/simreg
- Select your preferred language between English / Taglish
- Now, Enter your 10-digit Globe mobile number and click Register
- An OTP will be sent to your mobile number for verification
- Enter the OTP and you can start sim registration process online
- You must enter your personal details like First name, Last name, Birthday, Sex and Nationality
- Now, select the Registration Type and enter your address completely with Zip code
- Select ID type and enter ID number to verify your identity
- Upload / Take a photo of your valid ID and Upload / take a selfie for verification
- Agree to the terms and conditions by clicking on the Checkboxes and click Submit
- You will see “Registration Complete” message on screen with a Reference Number.
- Make sure to save the reference number or take a screenshot as it serves as a proof that you have completed your TM Sim Registration.
