TNT Sim Registration
The TNT Sim – also known as “Talk ‘N Text” is a cellular service company owned by Smart Communications in the Philippines. Smart Communications recognizes the importance of the Sim Registration Act and has taken necessary steps to provide TNT Sim Registration Online.
Who must register TNT Sim
All existing and new users of TNT Sim must register their sim card as per the SIM Registration Act in the Philippines.
This includes the following:
- Filipino citizens
- Foreign Nationals
- Companies that use TNT Sim

TNT Sim can be easily registered online by following the steps given below

- Verify Phone number
- Fill Sim Registration Form Online

Information Required for Registration
To register your TNT Sim card, you must know the following information:
- Mobile Number with Serial Number (Serial number to be provided by SMART)
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Complete Address
- Sex
- A valid government-issued ID (list given below)
- A liveness check and/or live selfie photo

Following is the list of valid IDs accepted for TNT Sim Registration:
- Passport;
- Philippine Identification;
- Social Security System ID;
- Government Service Insurance System E-Card;
- Driver’s License;
- National Bureau of Investigation Clearance;
- Police Clearance;
- Firearms’ License to Own and Possess ID;
- Professional Regulation Commission ID;
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID;
- Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID;
- Bureau of Internal Revenue ID;
- Voter’s ID;
- Senior Citizen’s Card;
- Unified Multi-purpose Identification Card;
- Person with Disabilities Card; or
- Other valid government-issued ID with Photo
Please note that the acceptable IDs or similar form of documents must have photo of the end users for verification.
Step-by-step TNT Sim Registration Guide
Follow the steps given below to register TNT sim online:
- Visit the TNT Sim Registration Online Link
- Enter your mobile number, agree to terms and conditions and click on Send OTP
- Submit the OTP and click on verify OTP
- After verification, select the Type of Registration
- Select your Nationality, ID Card and upload Valid ID and a selfie for verification
- Check the ID card number, First name, middle name, last name
- Enter your birthday and sex and click Next
- Enter your complete address and alternate contact information
- A summary of details will be displayed
- If everything is correct, attest the form by clicking on the checkbox and click Next
- If the information is incorrect, click on Back and make changes
- You will see a Thank you page stating You have successfully registered your SIM!
- You will receive a CONTROL NUMBER after successful registration. Make sure to save the control number or take a screenshot as it serves as a proof of your sim registration.
SIM Registration Guidelines
- After submitting all the requirements, subscribers need to accept the attestation statement, and may provide their consent for marketing and promotions.
- For Postpaid subscribers, the information and documents submitted during application already covers the SIM Registration requirements.
- Please note that providing false or fictitious information, using fictitious identities or fraudulent identification documents to register a SIM, carries with it a penalty of imprisonment, fine, or both, pursuant to RA No. 11934.
